Vision
Every entry in the ledger should be able to prove itself.
That's the whole company. The rest is execution.
What we believe
Typing is not a finance skill
Judgment is. Finance teams should decide what's an exception and what's authorised — machines should do the keying, the matching and the filing.
Proof beats trust
A record should carry its own evidence: who touched it, what it was matched against, when the period sealed. "Trust us" is not an audit answer.
Software should fit the stack, not replace it
Your ERP is the system of record and it stays that way. We do the work between the document and the ledger — and post into what you already run.
Where finance is heading
The rules are catching up to how we build.
Around the world, finance regulation keeps converging on the same idea: invoices that are structured and checkable, records that carry their own proof, and data that answers to the company that owns it. Different regions, different timelines — one direction. We didn't chase it; it's how we were already building.
What that looks like in the product — shipping today, and on the road. We keep the two lists apart on purpose.
Shipped today
- Data rights built in — export and erasure on request, retention periods you control
- Your cloud, your region — document storage runs in your own AWS, Cloudflare or Google account, in the region you choose
- Bank statement formats — MT940 and CAMT.053 (ISO 20022) — matched to your payment runs automatically
- A tamper-evident audit trail and a certified, sealed close your auditors can verify
- Single sign-on through your identity provider — Okta, Azure AD, Google
The road ahead
Structured e-invoicing
E-invoicing mandates are rolling out region by region, and they point exactly where we already build: validated, machine-readable invoices instead of PDFs and promises. Support for the major standards is on our roadmap — we'll claim it the day it ships, not before.
Certifications
We publish what's audited, not adjectives. Your security team can request the full technical dossier today; certificates will appear here when they're real, with dates.
Principles
The rules we hold ourselves to.
Prove, don't promise
No accuracy percentages without an evaluation to show. No "compliant" without a certificate. We benchmark on your documents, in front of you.
Accuracy over hype
Every extracted field carries a confidence score. We'd rather flag uncertainty than post a wrong number into your ledger.
Finance-grade by default
Encryption, audit trails and approval controls aren't an enterprise upsell — they're how the platform is built.
Fits your stack
No rip-and-replace. No forcing your process to match our software.
Hold us to it.
